How do I create an account?

Click Sign up, enter your name, email, and a password. You can start browsing matches immediately.

How do odds work here?

There are no fixed bookmaker odds. Each match is a shared pool — you see a live percentage split of how much has been staked on each side. Payouts are calculated from the final pool once a match settles. See the How It Works page for the full breakdown.

How do I add funds?

Send payment externally (e.g. bank transfer) and submit a deposit request from your Wallet page with the amount and a reference note. An admin confirms the payment and credits your balance.

How do withdrawals work?

Request a withdrawal from your Wallet page with your payout details. An admin reviews and approves it, pays you externally, then marks it as paid.

Why can't I withdraw?

Withdrawals require identity verification first. Go to your Account page and complete the ID verification step — it just takes a couple of photos of your ID.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

It protects your account and lets us confirm who we're paying out to. It's required before your first withdrawal.

How does verification work?

From your Account page, start verification, then use your camera to capture the front and back of a government-issued ID. A real admin reviews the photos — this isn't automated, so it may take some time.

What if my verification is rejected?

You'll see a rejection reason on your account. You can retake the photos and resubmit.

Can I cancel a bet after placing it?

No — once placed, a bet is locked in and contributes to the pool. If a match is voided by an admin, all stakes on it are refunded in full.

Where do I see my bet history?

My Bets shows every bet you've placed, with its status (pending, won, lost, or void) and result.
